This project stems from an unusual combination: heritage and urban energy. Against a backdrop of time-worn façades and a contemporary perspective, the past, present and future are intertwined through architecture and design, giving continuity to more than 150 years of Madrid’s character.

Strategic consultancy
The interior design of Alcántara 6 was shaped by opening up the traditional, highly compartmentalised layout of the homes in the Salamanca neighbourhood. We sought a balance between heritage and contemporary living, where the spaces would convey a sense of solidity, calm and understated elegance.
The result is a series of interconnected, urban spaces, crafted through careful consideration of proportion, materials and light, which complement the architecture without overpowering it. A way of living that stands the test of time, untouched by the ephemeral.
SOFÁ
El sofá modular se concibe como una pieza continua y orgánica que acompaña la arquitectura y refuerza la sensación de fluidez. Más que un objeto, conecta interior y exterior con un mismo gesto, invitando a habitar el espacio sin límites.
ISLA
La isla central equilibra precisión y calidez: piedra natural, líneas limpias y una presencia serena. Se diseñó así para actuar como el núcleo del espacio, ordenando la cocina y favoreciendo el encuentro sin excesos.
La materia aporta peso y permanencia; la iluminación marca un ritmo cálido que acompaña los momentos compartidos.
